Service Area
BatteryFix currently provides doorstep delivery and installation services only within Mumbai, Maharashtra. Orders placed outside this service area will not be processed.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- Operating & Handling Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Sunday: Closed).
- Handling Time: 0 to 1 business day. Orders received before our daily cutoff time (7:30 PM) are processed on the same day.
- Order Cutoff Time: 7:30 PM IST. Orders placed after 7:30 PM or on Sundays are queued and processed the following business day.
Delivery Timeline & Shipping Cost
- Transit Time: 0 to 1 business day (Doorstep delivery and professional technician installation across Mumbai).
- Shipping Fee: 100% Free doorstep delivery and installation for all battery orders.
- Delivery will be completed within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to stock availability and customer availability at the specified location.
- Customers receive instant order and driver dispatch confirmation via SMS / WhatsApp once the purchase has been successfully processed.
- While we strive to meet the 24-hour delivery commitment, occasional delays may occur due to severe monsoon conditions, extreme traffic, or other operational constraints.
