Return & Refund Policy
At BatteryFix, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund terms carefully:
- 30-Day Return / Replacement Window: Customers can initiate a return or replacement request within 30 days of delivery if the battery has a manufacturing defect, is damaged upon arrival, or is incompatible with their vehicle.
- Zero Return Fee (Free Return): We do not charge any return or restocking fee. Our technician will visit your location to inspect the battery and collect or replace it free of cost.
- Condition: The product must be returned with its original warranty card, invoice, and intact serial numbers.
- Refund Processing Timeline: Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- Method of Refund: The refund will be credited directly to the original payment method (Bank account / UPI / Credit Card) used during checkout.
- BatteryFix reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement if the battery exhibits physical damage caused by improper external handling, unauthorized opening, or third-party tampering.
